Invisible Mothers

I just watched The Haunting ( I really liked it when I was a kid, it is now a crap movie) and thought that blogging this series of photographs would be suitable. Apparently mothers used to hold the children to keep them still to avoid blurry children portraits back in the day, however they had to conceal themselves for such photos - eerie.
