Coastal Walk

Did the Bondi to Bronte walk today. Can cross that one off my bucket list, have been meaning to do it for ages. It was a lovely sunny day and the water was crystal clear, except I am beyond tired now. We ended up going a little further towards Waverly Cemetary, the most beautiful cemetary I've ever seen, right next to the ocean. Not even the Père Lachaise in Paris can top it!

Sydney

I went on a Sydney Harbour cruise a couple of weeks ago - it was beyond beautiful and I really really enjoyed it. I received it as a gift after I got back from Italy. The last image is of the entrance to Sydney Harbour.. for some reason I was totally blown away by it. Just seeing this expanse of sea go on and on but nestled between two sides of of land..

All images are by me.

SYD

One of my favourite things about flying into Sydney is flying over the Georges River and trying to spot my house and then flying over the Sydney Harbour. It is so beautiful and I get this overwhelming sense of belonging. Unfortunately my flight gets in at night this time, but the Harbour will be all lit up so it will still be pretty!

Back Home in a Month

8 20pm I'll land into Sydney on the 7th of January... probably going to cry like a baby, let's face it. Mixed feelings about going back to reality, but so excited all the same.

Love the total babe Tavi is turning into.

Don't necessarily like the shoes, but I do like the 'x' detail

Left: Isabel Marant, Right: Asos. I think I even prefer the Asos one more...
 Just my dream dog.
Want the coat on the right.

Devotion

I've said it before, I'll say it again.
I don't know any one personally who wears them, so I feel like I can get away with this:I know I'm no authoritative voice, but I really hate Jeffery Campbell shoes... Litas grotesquely disproportionate and I don't get why they are still around. If you don't know what I'm talking about, keep it that way. Rant over.

On another topic that reminds me of Sydney is the sweet terraces of inner-city. The Cool Hunter recently did  feature on one that had been renovated completely in Balmain. Relatively austere on the exterior but amazing inside. It reminds me of the terrace house I grew up in in Glebe, quaint and understated on the outside, but modern and expanding on the inside.

On the topic of architecture - check out this cute church.

The design of this makes it look more spiritual than most churches!

Blue Skies

Yvan Rodic from Face Hunter also covered Sydney Fashion Week. Sydney looks absolutely stunning, that blue sky! Not going to lie though, the weather in Bologna has been fantastic and might of watched the sunset over the hills on the rooftop terrace this evening...

Syd-ney.

My favourite style photographer Tommy Ton from JAK&JIL shot Australian Fashion Week. Sydney looks so vibrant and that Prada banana print skirt is divine!
