Does anyone know the name of the long, twisted pastry pictured in the 2 images below? It is sprinkled with chocolate drops and maybe a thin film of custard, and then twisted into pastry glory! It is my FAVOURITE PASTRY. When I was overseas, I literally was running to catch my bus to the airport in Paris but glimpsed this pastry in a boulangerie window and quickly bought it even though I was stuffed!
